Keep identity and motion separate
Use the portrait for the lead identity and the video for motion. Identify the lead as the front host carrying the silver cup; do not spread that identity to every guest. Specify what stays fixed: camera path, warm room, chandeliers, cup position and the order of gestures.

Before you generate
Upload a portrait and choose 480p or 720p. Both options use Seedance 2.5 for a 15-second video. 480p uses 20 purchased credits; the HD rate is shown before generation. A configured video reference guides the host, camera and crowd.
